Mobility: developing talent

Like our company, your career is evolving. We are convinced that the success of our projects results from the diversity of the people who make up our teams. 

Join our programme for new and recent graduates!

  • Duration 6 months: A proactive mentor will guide you as you take your first steps into Mobility's world. Week after week, you will journey through the various sections of the company to learn about our activities in an operational manner. Objective: to find your speciality, learn about our methods, gain confidence in your tasks, and be able to operate independently within a short time.
  • Duration12 months: An experienced coach will help you to acquire the skills necessary to function independently in an international context. As a qualified professional, you will convey and represent our values with respect to our local partners.

 

 

Mobility, playing a role in professional integration

Since 2013, young people in professional integration programmes have been learning a trade with Mobility's worksite teams. Alternating theoretical training and practical application on worksites, these young people are a dynamic addition to our workforce.

This voluntary programme is run in partnership with GEIQ 42 (group of employers for integration and qualifications in the Loire department) and enables us to integrate into our company young people facing difficult situations, by offering them a career path suited to their abilities and the company's needs.

Mobility was also involved in establishing the “Créateurs d’emplois” label in the French public works and construction sector.
