Mobility is committed to gender equality in the workplace
Mobility has just signed a three-year collective agreement in order to pursue and reinforce initiatives undertaken in recent years with regard to gender equality in the workplace.
The agreement is in keeping with the principle of equal opportunities set out in the Vinci Group Manifesto. It defines objectives for improvements in terms of professional gender equality, actions required to achieve these objectives, and indicators to measure progress. In particular, Mobility is committing to actions in five areas:
- Effective remuneration
- Working conditions and occupational health and safety
- Work-life balance
In 2018, 24% of our executives and 35% of our white-collar workers are women. These figures are higher than those of Vinci France, where the numbers are 22.6% and 27.3% respectively. At Mobility, 32% of managers are women, compared with 19.9% at Vinci at a worldwide level.
