What We Stand For

We actively contribute to the ecological transition through our work and the measures we implement to reduce the carbon footprint of our projects. This commitment also extends to people, with concrete actions promoting inclusion, social integration, and the well-being of our employees. These efforts are part of a responsible approach, supported by ongoing initiatives that advance both ecological and social transition.

It is this mindset that shapes a shared culture – the “Mobility spirit” – which we bring to life every day:

Finding Joy in Work

Our commitment to workplace well-being is reflected in a collective, continuous, and practical approach. A fulfilling work environment not only reflects everything we do every day but also represents the outcome of our efforts.

We strive daily to provide a pleasant, rewarding, and meaningful workplace for all our employees, encouraging initiatives that allow them to express their creativity, build connections, and strengthen team cohesion. These shared moments help create a stimulating, friendly, and welcoming environment across all our offices.

To monitor and strengthen this momentum, we assess our teams’ engagement each year through the HappyAtWork and HappyTrainees surveys by ChooseMyCompany.

In 2024, Mobility was awarded the HappyAtWork and HappyTrainees certifications.

Our Workspaces

Photo de l'entrée du bâtiment du siège de Mobility à Jonage. Our work environment is central to the well-being of our employees. That’s why we ensure our spaces live up to our commitments: functional, sustainable, and pleasant to work in.

Our offices, certified BREEAM “Very Good”, are conveniently located next to the tram and designed to encourage more responsible mobility:

  • Sustainable mobility package
  • Dedicated carpool parking spaces
  • Electric vehicle charging stations
  • Changing rooms with showers for daily cyclists

We use locally sourced renewable energy provided by Énergie d’ici, and our staff restaurant focuses on seasonal products and short supply chains. Every aspect of our work environment is designed to support employee well-being in a friendly, sustainable setting that aligns with our values.

Being creative

Creativity is part of our everyday life. At Mobility, innovation doesn’t rely on a handful of experts – it thrives on collective intelligence. Every employee is encouraged to contribute, suggest, and experiment. A structured approach allows us to capture and track the ideas that drive progress in our work.

weThink : Empowering Ideas to Emerge

Every three months, weThink events bring together all interested employees to explore open topics: technical innovations, feedback and lessons learned, working methods, HR, cybersecurity, workplace well-being, and more.

Anyone can pitch an idea, raise a challenge, or engage with colleagues to refine proposals, challenge concepts, or create working groups.

Sprint : Turning Ideas into Action

Sprint is Mobility’s tool for implementing an innovative idea within a short timeframe, allowing it to be tested with our clients or users at the proof-of-concept (POC) stage. This approach aims to accelerate the development of practical, usable solutions.

Improving Daily Life

Innovation is an integral part of our culture, extending far beyond purely technical aspects. It also informs our HR practices, CSR commitments, and efforts to enhance workplace well-being. We encourage employee initiatives that help improve organisational processes, the work environment, and collective well-being.

Leaving No One Behind

Corporate social responsibility is at the heart of our work: it guides every reflection and decision, with a strong commitment to inclusion, social integration, gender diversity in our sectors, and support for people with disabilities.

Social integration and inclusion

Mobility implements an active social and professional integration policy, going beyond legal requirements, based on:

Gender equality in the workplace

Professional gender equality guides our recruitment practices and is part of a broader awareness approach. We carry out initiatives to spark young girls’ interest in technical careers, in partnership with associations like Rev’elles. Internally, we support women’s career development through our membership in the Femmes en Mouvement network.

Mobility achieved a score of 86 out of 100 on the 2024 Gender Equality Index, broken down as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 36/40
  • Individual raise gap indicator: 35/35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15
  • Top salaries indicator: 0/10

TOTAL: 86/100

Disability

Inclusion of people with disabilities is an integral part of our commitment. Each affected employee is individually supported to adapt their work environment to their needs, in close consultation with them. The goal: to create the most favorable conditions for their professional development.

Our commitment also takes shape through concrete, daily actions to promote inclusion within our organisation:

Our Environmental Commitment

Reducing our GHG emissions

In line with the VINCI Group’s trajectory, our goal is to reduce our direct emissions (scope 1 and 2) by 50% compared to 2018 levels by 2030.

Scope 3 Target

Reducing our direct emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) is essential, but it is not enough. To act comprehensively, we must also address Scope 3, which represents the majority of our carbon footprint. This includes all emissions related to our value chain, from upstream to downstream.

To make progress in this area, we are implementing several concrete measures:

  • A low-carbon travel policy for our teams
  • Optimisation of the energy consumption of our systems
  • Integration of environmental considerations from the design phase of projects

The VINCI Foundation

The VINCI Foundation works to promote social inclusion by supporting associations that help people in precarious situations access employment or social integration.

Within this framework, new hires are invited to take part in a solidarity initiative during their first year, giving them a hands-on experience of the Group’s commitment on the ground.

Several Mobility employees also get involved as mentors with associations supported by the Foundation, dedicating their time and contributing directly to their activities in the field.
